Because your satisfaction and trust are our concern, damaged products will be returned or you will be compensated with a wallet balance. Used or opened products will not be returned for your safety, with the exception of sanitary products. In order to ensure your safety, exchange and return are prohibited.

Order return and refund policies from Libra:

-The allowed period for returning products is three working days from the date of receipt of the order.

-The amount is transferred to the customer’s account within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of the product’s arrival at Libra’s warehouses.

- If the payment is by credit card, the amount will be refunded in the wallet or in the bank account, and if the payment is upon receipt, the refund will be a balance in the wallet or a bank transfer to the customer’s bank account.

- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be refunded through Tamara or Tabby and the 7% platform fee will be deducted.


-Return policy does not include the following products

  • All products for health and personal use.
  • Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not returnable.

Delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service in exchange for receiving the order and paying on time. When the product arrives and you wish to return, it is deducted for the customer to benefit from it.

- When returning an intact, undamaged product, i.e. in its original condition, the fee is borne by the customer and its value is 26 riyals and is deducted from the value of the returned product. However, when returning the damaged product, Libra bears the full fee.

Policy for replacing orders from Libra:

-The allowed period for replacing orders is 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Provided that the product is not opened and in its original packaging and additional packaging

-Libra will send a paid bill of lading via email within a maximum period of 10 working days to deliver it with the product to the shipping company.

-Shipments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not subject to exchange or return.
