Q: What shipping companies do you deal with for land?
Libra deals with several shipping companies and we are keen to continuously review the companies with the best performance and price

Q: Procedures for undelivered shipments?
If the shipments are not received from the delivery representative or from the Red Box boxes, the shipping and return fees (19 + 19) will be deducted because they have already been paid to the shipping companies. If you wish to order, an additional separate shipping fee will be paid.
Q: How long does it take to order inside Saudi Arabia?
Shipping in major cities usually takes from 24 hours to a maximum of 3 business days, and it may take a little longer than that in conjunction with the seasons.
And other cities and governorates from 24 hours to 7 working days
Delivery cost is 19 riyals for the first 10 kilograms
Each additional kilo costs 2 riyals
The payment fee upon receipt is 9 riyals
Q: Is international shipping available?
We provide international shipping to our customers in the Gulf at a fee of 80 Saudi riyals for the first 2 kilos
The customer is responsible for paying his country's customs duties.
